Tried Smoked BBQ Meatloaf. fail! well it was eatable. i know what i did wrong and will correct it. wife was not pleased. if someone has a smokin good recipe for it or other stuff, feel free to post it.


I got my pork buts and pulled pork down fairly good.  My ribs need work, mainly on timing.
