Tried Smoked BBQ Meatloaf. fail! well it was eatable. i know what i did wrong and will correct it. wife was not pleased. if someone has a smokin good recipe for it or other stuff, feel free to post it.


I got my pork buts and pulled pork down fairly good.  My ribs need work, mainly on timing.

Hey Guys, sorry its been awhile.  i have a new hobby, so i will be posting a lot about it. i have been cooking a lot with friends at the church. we have a lot of fun, and seems to be getting popular with them. so i have been borrowing a Friends smoker, and thought hey, i need one. off i go to get ideas and plans to build my own. oh how i love to tinker with stuff. so i have started. here are some pic's of my project. probably should have started this in the beginning.

 Found this old 120 Propane tank

 Found this slightly used trailer for real cheep

 put them together.

Made some ugly welds.
